Product description

• Plummer (pillow) block housings, also known as pedestals, accommodate cartridges (inner housings) for SKF Cooper split cylindrical roller bearings and split tapered roller bearings. The angled joint allows the plummer block housing to be placed in position without raising the shaft. A swivel seating between the housing and the cartridge accommodates static misalignment between the shaft and housing mounting surfaces. Plummer block housings can be used for both locating and non-locating bearings. Angled plummer block housings are manufactured from ductile iron as standard.
