LIQUID MEMBRANE

• Durable water and wind sealing, even in difficult places
• Good adhesion to EPDM, tiles, metal roof materials
• 100% waterproof and UV-stable from 1 mm layer thickness
• Permanently flexible and walkable
• This MS hybrid polymer is easy to spread and quickly hardens into a tight membrane with a very long lifetime, suitable for repair, finishing and renovation of medium-sized roofs
• Can be applied horizontally and vertically to most roofing and building materials
• Can also be applied on slightly damp substrates and is rainproof after 2 hours
• Free of solvents and toxic substances

Instructions

• Apply to clean and stable substrate, which may be slightly moist
• Reinforce fragile or rusty surfaces with a coat of Poxy Primer
• Always reinforce weak spots, connections, seams and corners with glass fibre tape. Large surfaces (<4 m²)
• Reinforce with fibreglass mesh
• Apply with a brush or spatula, in one layer of at least 1 mm thickness
• Clean tools immediately with Tec7 Cleaner and your hands with Powerwipes. After curing, remove only mechanically
• A surplus can be stored for a short time provided the bag in the pot is sealed airtight and air-free
• Test the adhesion on EPDM and plastics
• Discolouration and/or loss of adhesion may occur on bituminous materials, but can be applied to roofing treated with slate chippings
• Not suitable for permanent immersion
• Consumption for 1 mm thickness: 1 litre/m². Consumption varies with substrate roughness
