Characteristics

• POLICAP abrasive caps in tapered conical shape with radius end WKG (previously shape G)
• The taper angle of the cone is 30°
• POLICAP tools have a seamless design and the entire tool surface can be used
• For general use on steel workpieces (hardened, heat-treated, non-hardened)
• Specifically developed for special applications, e.g. in tool and mould-making and for corresponding repair works
• Also suitable for working on plastics, wood and fillers in model crafting
• Colour code for grit size 280 = red brown
