• Resistant to max 170° C, but it is recommended not to leave the stirring spatula in wok or pan.
• Small blade, short handle.
• The stirring spatulas are great for mixing ingredients in the wok or saucepan.
• The rounded spatula blade has one side that is straighter than the other, allowing mixing closer to the wall of the saucepan or pan.
• The 7007/5 and the 7009/5 are heat-resistant (max 170°C).
