When you install electrical cabinets or switchboards and use hydraulic punching to punch through sheet metal, a strong and sharp punching die helps you get the clean holes you need. We created the PRO Punching Die to punch clean and accurate holes with ease.

Equipment and application

The PRO punch die set consists of a punch with 2 cutting edges that splits the waste material into two and prevents jamming. This means you can make faster, perfect, burr-free holes in steel up to 3 mm thick and stainless steel up to 2.5 mm thick. With the break-out punch and die in sizes M16-M40, you can make holes up to 40.5 mm in diameter. Use sizes PG9-PG36 to punch holes up to 47 mm in diameter.
