MOLYKOTE® P-3700 is a calcium-free thread paste specifically developed for use on chromium-containing metal alloys and stainless steel at temperatures above 300 degrees Celsius. It thereby reduces the formation of the harmful hexavalent chromium also referred to as hexavalent chromium, chromium-VI or chromium-6.
