Product description:

• Extremely pure, solid lubricating paste for bolted joints
• It does not contain lead, nickel, sulphur, chlorine or fluorine

Applications:

• Suitable for screws, nuts and bolts exposed to extremely high temperatures and made of heat-resistant or extremely heat-resistant steels, e.g.
• Steels made of nickel-based alloys
• Successfully applied in bolted joints of gas and steam turbines and in power plants

Characteristics:

• Extremely pure (less than 500mg sulphur, less than 200mg chlorine and fluorine per kg lubricant).
• Can be used at temperatures above +1400°C
• Coefficient of friction in the range of oiled bolts
• Low spread of tension force in advance when tightening
• Avoids tension cracks and solder embrittlement
• Ensures trouble-free loosening of bolted joints even after long use at high temperatures

Composition:

• Solid lubricants in almost sulphur-free, partly synthetic oil
• Thickener
• Adhesion improver

Temperature range:

• From -40 to +1400°C
