• To reduce the risk of permanent damage from eye injuries, it is important to treat eye injuries immediately and seek medical advice as soon as possible. It is vital to use a sterile eye wash in case of eye injury, as well as when treating a wound.
• Why use this eye/wound wash?If tap water is not readily available, these sodium chloride ampoules are a possible alternative. The sterile saline solution (0.9% g/v) is packed in sealed disposable ampoules. Once the seal is broken, the ampoules should not be stored for reuse.
