Product description

The 8-piece, mechanical nut splitter set K-54-B is used for splitting immovably stuck, rusted or over-turned nuts of strength class 5, 6 and 8. In this splitting process, the threaded end remains undamaged. When tightening the spindle, the two sharp cutting edges of the splitting chisel penetrate deep into the nut when facetted until it is split. Thanks to double splitting action, only one working step is required. The practical ready-to-use set contains: two double-edged, mechanical nut splitters for sizes 10-36 mm, two new splitting chisels and two insertion ring spanners. The set contains everything needed for splitting nuts. No further accessories are required.

Application

For splitting immovably stuck, rusted or turned nuts up to a tensile strength of 800 N/mm2.
