Product description:

• Universal Metric (M) machine tap for tapping thread in blind holes with thread tolerance 6H.
• High-speed steel (HSS)-E PM version with steam-detachable surface for better adhesion of cutting oil.
• This makes it also suitable for tapping in stainless steels.
• The EX16H is equipped with peel cut for improved hole cutting and chip advance.
• Sizes up to M10 in compliance with DIN 371 (thickened shank) and from M12 in compliance with DIN 376, which features a through-hole shank to fit through the hole.
• Suitable for threads up to 2.5xD.
• Cut according to form C (2-3 passages).
