SKF Cooper synthetic rubber lip seals are suitable for general applications, and are effective at excluding fine particles, and splashed liquids. Intended for use in vertical applications, they can be fitted with the lip facing upwards for improved lubricant retention. Synthetic rubber lip seals fit in the standard seal grooves of SKF Cooper cartridges. They do not fit in cartridges for triple labyrinth seals.
