Product description

• Impact-resistant adhesive for automotive panels
• High-strength two-component epoxy resin-based epoxy adhesive
• Provides excellent wedge peel strength even at extreme temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C
• Once cured, the material is hard but not brittle. This makes it ideal for structural bonding of metals when there are high demands on crash behaviour (e.g. body steel with or without e-coating, galvanised steel and aluminium)
• The mixed composition has a processing time of approx. 60 minutes (23 °C, 50% rv) and reaches its initial strength (0.1 MPa) in ~10 hours at 23 °C
• Complete curing occurs at room temperature within 48 hours; curing can be accelerated with infrared heat at 80 °C for 1 hour
• Use a pneumatic or manual dual cartridge dispenser for application, e.g. LOCTITE HD14 Handheld Pneumatic Dual Cartridge Dispenser (200 ml, item 2693824) or LOCTITE HD14 Handheld Manual Dual Cartridge Dispenser (200 ml, item 2693822)
• It is recommended to pre-treat the surface with TEROSON VR 10
