Product description:

• The Carbofil 1 is a copper, solid MIG/MAG welding wire type G3Si1/ER70S-6 that is useful for general single- and multi-layer applications.
• This welding wire is especially suitable for sheet metal applications where smooth weld beads are required.
• The deposition melt has a composition of 1.1% carbon manganese and is suitable for a wide spectrum of mild steels and C/Mn-containing structural steels.
• It is also suitable for welding with CO2 shielding gas and Ar-based mixed gases.
• In addition, the weld metal retains its notch properties down to -40°C.
• One experiences benefits from its general applications and good mechanical properties: tensile strength from 500 to 640MPa, yield strength less than or equal to 420 MPa.
• The Carbofil 1 is available in different thread diameters, namely: 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm and 1.6mm.
• Protective gas according to EN ISO 14175: M2(1) or C1.
