Originally developed for military deployment, the ZEPHYR Work GTX brown High ESD S3S safety boot boasts a range of features that also offer great advantages on the construction site or in other heavy-duty jobs. The upper made of hydrophobised suede/textile material can take a beating: dirt, abrasion and moisture are no problem. In addition, the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear ensures that feet stay dry, even when the weather is another typical construction site classic". Thanks to the MONOWRAP® frame and exoskeleton construction of the GUMMI/PU sole LOWA X-Trac Work, the foot remains stable even on uneven terrain or when making a quick pass through a half-finished stairwell. The two-zone lacing with concealed hooks ensures a perfect fit without tripping hazards - particularly useful when working with cables or scaffolding. The plastic safety toe cap and metal-free penetration guard offer all-round protection without extra weight. The PU protective toe cap protects the upper from abrasion or overloading, and the ESD capability allows work in electronically sensitive environments. The boot is waterproof (WR), oil and fuel resistant (FO), offers excellent slip resistance (SR) and is heat and cold insulating (HI, CI) and heat resistant (HRO).
