Emtor directions for use: 10% Emtor: add 1 part Emtor to 9 parts water, stir well. Provides a good cooling lubricant for drilling, turning and sawing of normal commercial steels. Under certain conditions, it may be necessary to add additional bactericide to the system over time. Consult the Technical Department if necessary. Caution! Store product frost-free and use within one year due to stability.

Characteristics

Emtor is an emulsifiable metalworking oil, based on a mineral oil, to which high-quality emulsifiers and various additives have been added. If added to water, the following properties are obtained.

• Stable, milky emulsion
• Good protection against corrosion
• Low tendency to foam
