Cabineo X is a drilling- or milling-based frame connector, for frames and shelves requiring only surface machining. There are no holes drilled in the sides for a dowel. As a result, Cabineo X can be used on all CNC machines, including simple 3-axis machines and nesting machines. The special feature of Cabineo X is that the open housing can be combined with the various Cabineo screws and shelf supports. Thus, depending on the task and application, a wood screw, a metric screw or a shelf carrier can be used. If a frame corner or fixed shelf is to be fixed, the wood screw is pre-installed in the side. The cover or shelf is placed on the fixed wood screws and thus pre-assembled. Using a cordless drill and the Cabineo bit, the screw is tightened and the workpiece screwed on quickly and firmly. Thus, even a cabinet can be easily assembled without the help of an extra person. Alternatively, the desired screw can be inserted into the open housing, so that the frame connector Cabineo X can be used in the same way as the standard Cabineo. In combination with a Cabineo X shelf carrier, the connector prevents shelves from being pulled out or lifted unintentionally. This is particularly useful for open shelving or in caravan or ship building. Milling for the Cabineo X is identical to the standard Cabineo, so all workpieces can be machined in the same way. Compared to the eccentric joiner, the Cabineo impresses with its more efficient machining and faster assembly. The high clamping force without additional wooden dowels is also a plus. The Cabineo offers significant advantages for the production, transport and assembly process. For example, the connector can already be mounted in the workpieces during the production process. In turn, the workpieces can then be stacked for transport without protruding parts that might damage the workpieces. Depending on the colour of the material used, you can choose between a white or black housing. For covering the Cabineo, cover caps are available in various colours.

The Cabineo offers three installation options

• Flush-mounted collar, so the milled side is covered and the connector protrudes slightly
• Flush-mounted collar, so the connector lies flush with the panel surface
• Flush-mounted collar and cover cap, so the connector incl. cover cap lies flush with the panel surface
