Our rimless, yellow safety helmet has a 3M Uvicator Sensor that indicates when your helmet is overexposed to UV radiation and needs to be replaced. It meets the EN 397 standard for general industrial use.

Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it provides protection against small falling objects. Ventilation openings allow airflow through the helmet and the height position of the helmet on the head is adjustable. Our easy-to-adjust 4-point ratchet system allows you to smoothly tighten the headband if needed. The inner helmet features the exclusive, patented 3M Pressure Diffusion Technology that not only ensures a secure fit, but also helps improve comfort by exerting up to 20% less pressure on the forehead than the insides of conventional helmets do. The rimless design gives you a clear upward view, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings and avoid hazards. This yellow helmet features a unique 3M Uvicator Sensor that changes from red to white when exposed to harmful levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. As outdoor helmets can become brittle due to UV radiation and therefore lose their protective effect, the colour-changing sensor indicates when it is time to replace the helmet. 3M Scotchlite reflective material can also be fitted for better visibility in poor light conditions. The accessory slots and clips are compatible with various 3M face shields, ear muffs and other accessories, and an optional chin strap with a magnetic or plastic buckle can be fitted. Approved for side deformation and complies with EN 397 standard for general industrial use.
