CAULKING GUN WITH ADJUSTABLE FORCE TRANSMISSION

• Stepless force adjustment from 12/1 to 25/1
• For light sealants and heavy-duty adhesives in standard tube or sausage (400ml)
• Ergonomic lightweight design
• Rotatable tube holder
• Gun with infinitely adjustable power transmission from 12/1 for clean application of light, flexible sealant to 25/1 for easy pumping of heavy adhesive, 2K adhesive or chemical anchor and everything in between depending on the application
• Heavy duty materials for long life and treated steel connecting rod with suspension hook

Instructions

• Cartridge: cut open the cartridge and screw on the nozzle
• Cut off the nozzle according to the desired flow rate
• Insert the cartridge into the holder (piston is at the back)
• Turn the adjustment knob to the desired position
• Sausage: unscrew the entire holder
• Screw the black attachment onto the steel connecting rod
• Screw the holder onto the Omnigun again
• Insert the sausage into the tube and cut it open behind the metal washer
• Insert the prick adaptor into the outlet nut
• Close the tube with the nut and attach the nozzle to the prick adaptor
• Turn the adjusting knob to the desired position
• The sausage can be removed from the gun after use and re-used later provided the adaptor with nozzle remains on the sausage
• The gear ratio can be read off to the side below the adjusting knob:12/1: X-Seal - 18/1: Tec7 - 25/1: X-Tack
