The 3M Flange fits and wheel with a 25.4 mm centring hole for tools with a shaft smaller than 25.4 mm. The inner diameter of the adapter must match the diameter of the tool's spindle. Our adapter is made of pressed and formed aluminium sheet metal.

If you want to use a wheel with a 25.4 mm centring hole with tools with an axle diameter smaller than 25.4 mm, use the 3M Flange. Our adapter is available in a range of different sizes. We have adapted the inner diameter of the adapter to the diameter of the tool's shaft. It is made of pressed and formed sheet metal. Use our flange adapter with deburring wheels, unitised wheels, flap wheels or any wheel with a centring hole of 25.4 mm.
