HEAVY DUTY EPOXY MORTAR

• Industrial trowelable 2-K epoxy mortar with full glass beads
• Stronger than concrete
• Extreme chemical and mechanical resistance

Instructions

• Pour the hardener (the full bottle) into the epoxy mortar (bucket)
• Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained with a slowly rotating spindle for approx. 2 min
• NEVER add water, cement or other products
• Apply to clean, dry and stable substrate
• Finish after curing: sanding, grinding, drilling, gluing, anchoring, nailing, .
• Clean tools with acetone
• At +15°C: working time after mixing: 30 min, walkable after 12 h, mechanically loadable after 24 h and chemical resistant after 7 days. High temperatures accelerate curing, low temperatures slow down curing
