When drilling into a wall, the job needs to be done with confidence that no obstacle will be hit. With our GMS 120-27 Professional wall scanner, objects can be detected uncomplicated and intuitively. Detection results appear via a signal indication on the display and colour-coded marker hole. The user-friendly detector offers easy mode selection and it is possible to mark through the marker hole exactly where objects have been detected. The robust GMS 120-27 was developed for rugged construction sites with IP54 dust and splash water protection plus a shockproof rubber housing.

Locating objects in walls before drilling ensures greater safety at work, especially for professionals carrying out remodelling work, when fitting cabinets, kitchen worktops, sinks, boilers and heating systems or installing air conditioning and sprinkler systems.

Additional information

Not only does this scanner identify the centre of the detected object, it also indicates the material properties, e.g. whether the object is magnetic or non-magnetic metal, a live conductor, or is a non-metallic object.
