Product description

Take-up housings are an efficient means of tensioning the pulleys of conveyors and elevators. They accommodate cartridges (inner housings) for SKF Cooper split cylindrical roller bearings. Take-up housings are usually used in pairs with locating bearings in both. Clearance between the take-up housings and guides is used to accommodate shaft expansion.
