AdBlue is specifically for all vehicles with Euro IV, Euro V or Euro VI engines fitted with an SCR exhaust aftertreatment system. Without AdBlue, these vehicles do not meet the legal emission requirements and the vehicle will switch to the emergency running programme or even not start at all. AdBlue is produced according to the DIN 70 070 standard.

Characteristics

AdBlue is a high-quality Urea solution specially developed for all vehicles, including passenger cars, equipped with an SCR catalyst to meet Euro IV, Euro V or Euro VI emission requirements. AdBlue allows the catalytic process in the SCR catalyst to start, effectively converting harmful NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapour through a series of chemical reactions in the SCR catalyst.
